Job Duties and Responsibilities
Entry Requirements
- Responsible for formulating operation strategies and execution plans to enhance utilisation of the premises.
- Responsible for site management and maintenance in a good condition for work and public visitors.
- Administrative work and service report of the premises and hostel.
- To perform any other duties as required by supervisor.

Personal Attributes：
Additional Requirements：
- Higher diploma / associate degree or above.
- Major in property management, facilities management, business administration or related disciplines is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities：
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Detail-oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in related field is advantageous.
- Tech-savvy is preferred.
Personal Attributes：
- Be Self-motivated with commitment.
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Persistent, self-motivated, detail-minded, hardworking and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to work independently and as a team.
- Eager to work with young people and in a non-profit setting.
- Be able to stand high pressure with wellness.
Additional Requirements：
- Work at Fanling.
- Perform shift duties on weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
- Perform night shift duties when necessary.
