Main Responsibilities
- Management Support:
- Act as advisor and sparring partner to local/regional managers;
- Act as first line of support for global processes, e.g ASR, ESR, IPE - knowing where to direct "customers" if not able to solve task him/herself (alignet with regional/local setup in regards to HR Specialist setup);
- Support managers and HRBP with org. changes, coordinate bigger dismissal processes etc.;
- Resolve conflicts and provides coaching and counseling on human resources matters for individuals or groups within a defined organization or function;
- Support employee relationship in location/region, incl. onboarding and performance matters
- Development:
- Coordinate and implement development initiatives that are relevant in location/region in correspondence with Segment/FA priorities. Can also be initiated by the local management team;
- Management coaching and development activities that are relevant in location correspondence with SEG/BU/FA priorities or local MGT;
- Facilitate Team building and development on request
- Performance, engagement and retention:
- Responsible for taking action and enabling people leaders being compliant to Danfoss People Management Processes and Standars to ensure high performance;
- Initiate & lead activities that help to increase satisfaction, motivation, engagement and retention in country/location/region by request from the HRBP or from local MGT;
- Monitor data around sick leave, engagement, job satisfaction, etc. and address the development-/improvement area to leaders and local management
- Continuous Improvement and relationship management:
- Create and maintain a strong network within the HR Community. Reach out to HRBP to align initiatives and ensure ONE HR towards employees and managers;
- Support change management initiatives from Segments/functions;
- Participate in cross-organizational project work and continuous improvements (also across the HR Functions)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience preferably in an industrial environment with increasing levels of responsibility
- Experience working in a country/regional matrixed or otherwise complex environment
- Minimum requirements to working experience:
- Experience identifying and resolving issues independently, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances
- Experience in Post M&A Integration and Strong Change Management Facilitation Skills
- Experience in process implementation, change management, leading transformation processes and manage resistance
- Essential personal characteristics:
- Proven coaching, relationship building and cross functional influencing skills
- Open minded and flexible
- Proactive and strong sense of urgency
- Resilient and able to deal with adversity
- Solution oriented (do NOT over complicate things)
