Job Description
Responsibility:
- Conduct Inbound & Outbound task by daily tracking warehouse and adjust according to warehouse standard capacities
- Responsible for stock transfer/stock variance and optimize management process to ensure the stock accuracy, which is aligned with system record.
- Monitor & coordinate the transportation to ensure that all merchandise must be delivered to boutiques within specific lead-time and in good conditions
- Assist the line manager/logistics leader to provide logistic support for the events host with other functions when necessary
- In charge of reporting preparation and follow up with functions to continually find opportunities for improvement based on the tracking result
- Assist line manager to continuously supervise and inspect the implementions of the third-party agencies
Requirements:
- At least 1 years' working experience in warehouse operation and transportation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Fluent English and skilled in office softwares/familiarity with supply chain systems
- Detail oriented and aspiration to develop career in top luxury industry
