Job Description

Responsibility:
  • Overall responsible for Zegna TMall flagship store daily operation, including
  • Support line manager to plan the monthly storefront update & merchandising launch calendar, and responsible for a high quality implementation through operation agency.
  • Work together with brand site ecom specialist on the seasonal product description translation, spot out the content gap (e.g. visual, size) with local solution, and ensure the product information is ready before seasonal launch.
  • Responsible for the accuracy & legal compliant of product information on TMall store.
  • Responsible for the store inventory are consistent with available inventory in the system, alter any potential issue to line manager.
  • Coordinate with local merchandising team on the product offering for each campaign.
  • Day-to-day orders tracking and supervision, provide guidance and instruction to the operation agency to handle the exceptional case timely with Zegna service standard. Share the responsibility with line manager to continue improve the store service level.
  • Daily audit of the stores UI & UX, in terms of all the landing pages & product detail pages, pricing, to make sure they are aligned with brand's image and information consistency.

  • TP management
  • Key contact window for TP operation team, daily manage the team operation. Ensure the deliverables meet the timeline and meet Zegna quality standard.
  • Review the monthly revenue plan from operation agency, able to challenge the agency and set a stretch goal to the agency with rationale support.
  • Weekly and monthly performance review with actionable next steps to improve the performance.
  • Regular review the working process the optimized process and ideal resource allocation is done for Zegna.
  • Platform (TMall) campaign coordination:
  • Closely following on the TMall marketing calendar, and proactively propose the suitable activities/campaigns for Zegna to anticipate.
  • Well know and closely following on the TMall operation’s procedure and campaign regulations, timely response to the new release with accuracy.

  • Store KPIs daily tracking, and deliver a daily report timely & accurately under aligned format. Read store KPIs, identify the opportunities then propose the solutions.

  • Other duties assigned by line manager.

Requirements:

Knowledge & Key Experiences:

  • 3+ years working experience in ecommerce related functions, with a “hands on” experience on daily store operation.
  • Good knowledge on 3rd party & operation agency ecommerce operation process and organizational structure.
  • Good knowledge on ecommerce project/campaign implementation, i.e. understand/able to draw wireframe, AB testing
  • Working/project experience with internal luxury (premium) brand is a plus

Education & Professional Qualification:

  • Bachelors or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, MIS or related diploma.
  • Proficient in MS office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) software, and retail systems.

Language Requirements:

  • Advanced in mandarin, spoken and written
  • Advanced in spoken and written English


Travel Requirements

Medium to low depending on the period. Involves local and international travel.
