I.Qualifications:
a)Native English Speaker from: US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa
b)Major in (English) is preferred
c)(A year) of (ESL) teaching experiences is required. Esl teaching and management experiences are preferred
d)TEFL
e)Age between (22-45)
f)Be able to apply Chinese Z visa in English teaching position.
g)Love kids

II.Job Descriptions
a)Student age: (3~6)
b)Class size: (15-20) students
c)Working hours: (25-30minutes per class, 6 working hours a day)
d)2 days off per week. (2 months in total with winter/summer break)
e)No more than 25 classes per week,
f)Class preparation and relative work
g)Accomplish assignments allocated by principle.
h)Excellent teaching ability, able to organize teaching and research of English subjects
i)Carry out theme training for on-the-job foreign teachers, and daily teaching guidance
j)Continuously learning up-to-date class and self-created class and improving
k)Maintain good relationship with class member and their parents

III.Compensation
a)Basic Salary: (25,000 RMB/month after tax)
b)14 days full pay holidays in winter and summer
c)Contract renewal bonus: 5,000RMB
