  • Basic Requirements for Applicants
  • Conscientiously abide by laws and regulations in China, with good academic ethics;
  • Obtain a doctorate degree from domestic or overseas universities before December 2019 (Overseas graduates need to present the degree certification from the Ministry of Education). For positions only require a master’s degree, please refer to detailed job descriptions;
  • Excellent English language skills, able to use English as a working language, with overseas study or work experience is preferred;
  • Being proactive, with a broad academic perspective and innovative thinking, good teamwork spirit, with work or research experience in a national or provincial level key research laboratory is preferred;

Positions and Requirements:

R&D Position 1 (10 openings)

  • D. or above. Proficiency in various AI algorithms. Familiarity with technologies of knowledge representation and inference.
  • Familiarity with programming languages including Python/R.
  • Major in mathematics, statistics and computer science etc.

R&D Position 2 (10 openings)

  • Proficiency in at least one of the following skills: C/C++, C#, Python, R, Scala, Matlab, Java, and Javascript.
  • D. or above. Major in biomedical informatics, computer science and technologies, mathematics, statistics, biomedical engineering, etc.
  • Research and development experience in fields including biomedical information technologies and systems, big data analysis and management in health care, data security and privacy protection, and medical artificial intelligence is preferred.

R&D Position 3 (10 openings)

  • Familiarity with SSL/TLS, HTTPS, various encryption and hash algorithms, key exchange protocols, etc. Proficiency in at least one of the following skills: C/C++, C#, Python, R, Scala, Matlab.
  • A Ph.D. or a master’s degree with a minimum of two years’ relevant work experience, major in information security, computer science and technologies, mathematics, and statistics etc.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability theory. Knowledge of at least one of the following fields: web security, hardware security, software security, and system security.
  • Excellent skills of communication, sense of service and teamwork spirit. Self-motivated, able to work independently, taking initiative and be as the leader of the team to obtain achievements, able to work under pressure. Ability of independent learning and ability to adapt in fast-changing internal and external environment.

R&D Position 4 (20 openings)

  • D. or above. Major in optoelectronics, mechanical engineering, and biomedical engineering etc. that are relevant to sensing technology.
  • Have background in mechanical and electronic design, research experience in developing and testing sensors, proficiency in Labview.
  • Candidates with experience in micro-nano manufacturing and testing of sensors are preferred.
  • Candidates with experience in the design of optical system are preferred.

R&D Position 5 (15 openings)

  • D. or above. Major in macromolecule, chemistry, materials science, optoelectronics etc.
  • Have background in mechanical and electronic design, research experience in developing and testing sensors, proficiency in Labview.
  • Candidates with experience in micro-nano manufacturing and testing of sensors are preferred.

R&D Position 6 (15 openings)

  • D. or above. Major in photoelectricity, information and electronics, computer science etc.
  • Experienced in algorithm development, proficiency in programming languages including Python, C++, Matlab, Java, and R etc.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following deep learning frameworks: Caffe\TensorFlow\Mxnet.

R&D Position 7 (10 openings)

  • A Ph.D. or a master’s degree with a minimum of two years’ relevant work experience, major in circuit and system, microelectronics and solid state electronics, electronic science and technology, computer science, communication engineering etc.
  • Proficiency in programming, C/C++ languages, Linux software development environment and scripting languages, e.g. Python.
  • Good knowledge of mainstream deep learning frameworks, e.g. TensorFlow/Caffe. Proficiency in training and inferencing of deep learning. Own understanding of current situation and development of AI chips.
  • Candidates with research experience in robotics, video compression, coding and decoding, SLAM and other relevant areas are preferred.

R&D Position 8 (10 openings)

  • A Ph.D. or a master’s degree with a minimum of two years’ relevant work experience, major in circuit and system, microelectronics and solid state electronics, electronic science and technology, communication engineering, etc.
  • A strong foundation in digital circuit design. Proficiency in basic hardware description languages, e.g. Verilog, VHDL and System Verilog. Proficiency in Cadence or Synopsys for simulation test.
  • Proficiency in ARM, X86, MIPS instruction set architecture and design process of digital IC.

R&D Position 9 (10 openings)

  • A Ph.D. or a master’s degree with a minimum of two years’ relevant work experience, major in circuit and system, microelectronics and solid state electronics, electronic science and technology, communication engineering, etc.
  • Proficiency in CMOS IC design and manufacturing process.
  • Proficiency in Linux operating system and scripting programming languages, e.g. PERL.
  • Proficiency in IC design approaches, process and CAD tools, e.g. layout verification tools like Cadence Virtuoso and Calbre.

R&D Position 10 (10 openings)

  • A Ph.D. or a master’s degree with a minimum of two years’ relevant work experience, major in circuit and system, microelectronics and solid state electronics, electronic science and technology, communication engineering, etc.
  • Proficiency in physics, process flow, modelling approaches, Spice/behavioral model and simulation of semiconductor devices.
  • Proficiency in IC back-end design approaches.
  • Relevant work experience in IC foundries. Proficiency in test, characterization devices and corresponding error correction approaches of wafer/packaged chips.

R&D Position 11 (10 openings)

  • A Ph.D. or a master’s degree with a minimum of two years’ relevant work experience, major in microelectronics and solid state electronics, electronic science and technology, circuit and system, communication engineering, electromagnetic field, etc.
  • Familiarity with theories and structures of various radars and lidars.
  • Familiarity with IC design and layout design of silicon-based digital-analog mixed circuits and microwave millimeter-wave circuits.
  • Proficiency in commonly-used analog and RF circuit IC design tools, e.g. Cadence, ADS and Synopsys.
  • Familiarity with electromagnetic field theory and relevant modelling and simulation tools, e.g. Ansoft.

R&D Position 12 (5 openings)

  • A Ph.D. or a master’s degree with a minimum of two years’ relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in control principles of multi-rotor aircraft and rotorcrafts.
  • Experience in writing flight-control software. Proficiency in FEA simulation software.
  • Proficiency in autoCAD. Good at mechanical drawing software, e.g. CATIA, UG, Pro/E and Solidwork. A strong foundation in 3D modelling.
  • Proficiency in analysis and simulation software, e.g. flunt, ansys, MATLAB.
  • Work experience in overall design, aerodynamics, structure, intensity and automatic intelligent control is an asset.
  • Experience in model airplane or simulated flights is an asset.

R&D Position 13 (5 openings)

  • A Ph.D. or a master’s degree with a minimum of two years’ relevant work experience.
  • A degree in aeronautics and astronautics, aircraft design an d relevant majors. A strong foundation in advanced mathematics, aerodynamics and finite element theory. Experience in mathematical modelling competitions is an asset.
  • Proficiency in at least one simulation analysis software and analysis software of aerodynamic characteristics. Proficiency in computation of aircraft’s aerodynamic parameters and flight performance.
  • Diligent and rigorous attitude toward work. Aircraft project experience is an asset.

R&D Position 14 (5 openings)

  • A Ph.D. or a master’s degree with a minimum of two years’ relevant work experience, major in aeronautics, automation, control, computer science, etc. In-depth understanding and application of aerodynamic and flight control theories and algorithms.
  • A minimum of two years’ work experience in embedded development. Project experience relevant to flight control of drones is an asset.
  • Proficiency in flight and control principles of multi-rotor/fixed-wing aircraft. Proficiency in development of flight controllers, e.g. Pixhawk and APM, is an asset.
  • Proficiency in C/C++. Abundant experience in development of embedded systems. Proficiency in operating systems, e.g. Linux and RTOS.

R&D Position 15 (5 openings)

  • A Ph.D. or a master’s degree with a minimum of two years’ relevant work experience, major in electronics, automation, mechatronics etc.
  • A minimum of two years’ work experience in hardware development and debugging of electronic and control system products. Experience in development of drone-related projects is an asset.
  • Proficiency in schematic diagram and PCB design with tools, e.g. AD, Cadence and Allego. Good command of signal integrity and EMC design.
  • Proficiency in MCU development experience, e.g. ARM/DSP, common interface and bus design, and development of C language.

R&D Position 16 (5 openings)

  • A Ph.D. or a master’s degree with a minimum of three years’ relevant work experience, major in systematic engineering, reliability, airworthiness and safety, automatic control, electronic engineering etc.
  • Experience in reliability management design and safety and airworthiness engineering of civil aircraft and drones’ systematic engineering.
  • Proficiency in reliability analysis software, aircraft’s systematic engineering (including safety assessment, reliability, maintainability, system integration, demand management, etc.) and certification and continuous airworthiness process.
  • Proficiency in standards, e.g. SAE-ARP4761, SAE-ARP4754, and AC-23.1309-1E. Work experience in airworthiness of general aviation and helicopters is an asset.
  • Experience in planning, evaluation and tests of aircraft’s reliability, maintainability, supportability, testability, safety is an asset.
  • Work experience in overall design units of national defense industry, e.g. aeronautics, astronautics, weapons and ships, is an asset.

R&D Position 17 (5 openings)

  • A Ph.D. or a master’s degree with a minimum of three years’ relevant work experience, major in power electronics, automation, etc.
  • Proficiency in electric motor control, including electric motor control circuit design, control methods, control programs and electric motor performance tests.
  • Proficiency in electric motor theories, e.g. BLDC and PMSM, and control algorithms.
  • Proficiency in Matlab/Simulink modelling and simulation; proficiency in control algorithms, e.g. FOC, VC and PID.
  • Complete experience in development of at least one kind of chip control motor, e.g. SCM, DSP and FPGA; experience in drone industry is an asset.

R&D Position 18 (5 openings)

  • A Ph.D. or a master’s degree with a minimum of three years’ relevant work experience relevant to electronic technologies. Proficiency in power electronics, simulation and digital electronic technologies.
  • Proficiency in PCB design software. Capable of independently designing single-sided and double-sided PCB.
  • Good at circuit design including collection of current, temperature and voltage, and hardware anti-inference circuit design based on the collected data.
  • Experience in software development of lithium battery BMS; Proficiency in SOC, SOH, SOF and control detection methods of lithium batteries; proficiency in topological method of battery pack’s balanced management.
  • Experience in design and encapsulation of battery pack or thermal management is an asset.
