Responsibilities:
The Business Manager for CT is primarily responsible for:
- Setting strategic direction & focus for the CT team of product specialists and that of the CT portfolio within zone GBI
- Fosters cross business cooperation primarily within Diagnostic Imaging, and secondarily across Customer Service and the Enterprise Service Sales, Business Development, and Consulting teams
- Developing and maintains strong relationships with CT HQ development and GTM teams
- Executing within the zone all HQ driven initiatives and business integration activities
- Ensuring direct and indirect sales teams are aware of all portfolio developments and are adequately trained/informed on the portfolio
The Business Manager for CT is accountable for:
- Order, Revenue, and Pricing targets set within the CT portfolio
- Education and support of the multi-modality sales force to ensure proper understanding of the portfolio capabilities
- A dedicated team of individuals supporting the CT product portfolio, as well as all implementation and training activities
- Completion of all tender, and framework submissions with a high-calibre of response
The Business Manager for CT develops:
- Strong customer relationships both in public/private sectors to champion the portfolio
- GTM plans for all portfolio elements inclusive of customer profiles, targets, bundle-offers, and pricing informed from market dynamics
- Clinical and Operational relationships within the industry to compliment the differing portfolio elements.
- Relationships, current and potential with Key opinion leaders and collaboration partners in the zone.
Skills & Experience:
You will have prior experience managing a complex commercial activities within the healthcare industry, preferably within the Diagnostics industry and/ or Digital space
Experience in radiology preferred
Degree or relevant professional qualification and formal business training required e.g. certificate or diploma in business / legal
Presentation skills, strong business, digital, and financial acumen
Proven experience in responsibility for business planning and opportunity prioritization
Experience of managing and influencing a direct team, indirect reports, peers, and leadership. Proven entrepreneurial spirit and execution.
Consistently demonstrates professionalism with both internal and external customers and partners.
