Your tasks and responsibilities Performance Controlling aggregating information on the monthly closing / forecasting process of all associated countries for the annual budget process of the Siemens Healthineers MESA including the alignment of all relevant stakeholders in the assigned countries and with headquarter representing Productivity methodology and supporting to secure valid productivity reporting following SHS guidelines and regulations Create monthly management reporting and preparation of monthly performance dialogs with associated countries Ensure Implementation of standard controlling and reporting processes within Zone MESA and all associated countries Responsible for Controlling of key business indicators Order intake, Revenue, Gross Profit, SG&A, Profit, OWC, NCE & cash flow Ensure proper entries of SAP processes and perform adjustment/correction if necessary. Support MESA leadership team in presentations or adhoc requests and special projects Ensure close collaboration with Business area responsible and functions Finance Digitalization & Analytics Manage and be responsible for identifying relevant insights and compiling analytical reports and visualizations that enable stakeholder/management to make sound decisions Drive and implement Finance Digitalization activities within Zone/ Countries Create a Zone specific FI Digitalization roadmap Responsible for the Setup of FI Digitalization processes to administrate the collection of ideas Responsible for the creation of transparency around FI Digitalization Ensure regular identification of new Digitalization use cases, adaption of existing ones (from other Zones) Responsible for prioritization of Digitalization use cases and existence of business cases Support in implementing process improvements, regional / HQ projects initiatives and new business tools Your qualifications and experience Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent Qualification CA (SA) preference Minimum 5 years of experience within a finance function in the fields of Performance Controlling, Accounting and or Finance Data Analysis Knowledge of IFRS accounting principles Experience in data analytic methods and tools in finance Deep knowledge of ERP system (SAP), MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Power BI or other data analytics tools, SAP Analysis for Office (AfO) and SAP analytics Cloud (SAC) Your attributes and skills Excellent communication skills to provide transparency in a complex matrix environment Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and engage diverse teams GDPR We care about your data privacy and take compliance with GDPR as well as other data protection legislation seriously.
