To assist Zone Head in supporting business development activities and coordinate administrative support to the zone

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage team contest & budget, follow through on progress, result and award arrangement 
  • Review & fact-finding all appeal cases, discuss with Team Head and propose recommendation to Head of the department
  • Conduct business analysis for Zone Head in diagnosis of business performance and assist Zone Head for preparing management report
  • Initiate and drive Zone level business development initiatives
  • Develop promotion tactics for driving business and convention results
  • Lead and handle ad-hoc projects and assignments for Zone Head

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Degree Holder, preferably in Business Management/ Marketing/ Finance/ Economics
  • 1-2 years experience in insurance, banking and wealth management industry
  • Experience in distribution support or frontline sales is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
  • Good time management and project management skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Conversant in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Required to obtain relevant license(s) if your job involves in regulated activities
