Responsibilities: Spearhead the research, design and development of program content, curriculum and materials Design and maintain a databank for related intellectual properties and case studies Plan and deliver undergraduate lessons in a clear and appropriate manner Monitor and maintain high student morale and motivation Setting, moderation and marking of examination papers
Requirements:

Excellent and demonstrated track record in curriculum development in Accounting / Finance / Management subjects for undergraduate level Experience in universities’ program articulation and validation Strong communication skills both written and spoken Organized, meticulous, analytical and intellectually inquisitive Familiar with the US / UK education system A first degree in Accountancy, Finance, Law or related discipline with postgraduate qualifications (Holders of professional qualification from ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW and other related bodies will be viewed favorably) At least 5 years of relevant industry experience plus prior lecturing experience in a similar capacity Able to deliver the programs in English and Chinese
