3.Adjust and optimize the content of live broadcast, improve user participation, enhance the stickiness of fans.

1. 通过阿里平台直播，向观众介绍产品并引导下单
2. 与粉丝互动，活跃气氛，引导粉丝关注直播间，提升在线人数
3. 调整优化直播内容，提高用户参与度，增强粉丝粘性

1. 英文，俄语口语流利（英文、俄语母语国家优先）
2. 熟悉网络聊天，性格开朗，反应机敏，善于演绎，自我调节能力佳
3. 形象佳，亲和力强，态度积极，性格阳光，能吃苦耐劳
4. 具有较强的客户跟踪能力及销售能力，有团队合作意识和现场操控应变能力
5. 对直播感兴趣，有销售经验优先
6. 工作时间弹性
