Major duties: Assist the director in solving various problems in the product development process.

Job Description :

1. Assist in the market research, industry analysis, product planning and optimization;

2. Assist the director to contact with the supplier, study the feasibility of product development, and sort out the quotation and schedule.

3. Assist in the preparation of materials such as product manuals and product introductions;

4. Assist in collecting product requirements, research and analyze user needs, market demands and business needs, continuously optimize products, and improve product quality and competitiveness;

5. Coordination and communication across departments, and push on the cooperation of suppliers, accounting department and administrative personnel to achieve project goals; and department-related reception work.

6. Assist the director to follow up and carry forward the company's affairs, responsible for the schedule management and coordination of various business trips; the daily management such as the payment process etc.

Desired skills and experience :

1. College and above. No requirement for major.

2. Fluent English speaking is a must. Speaking French is preferred.

3. Good knowledge of MS office.

4. Familiar with the development process of FMCG or luxury products, is preferred.

5. Interested in fashion, aware of market development trends, is preferred.

6. Have good communication and coordination skills and strong service awareness.

7. Handling stress ability are needed, good stability, and ability to adapt to changes.
