Recruitment Requirements for Foreign Badminton Coaches at Badminton Hall
I. Position
Foreign Badminton Coach (Full-time / Part-time)
II. Basic Qualifications
Nationality & Documentation: Hold valid passport, work visa, residence permit and relevant work qualifications in China, with no illegal or disciplinary records.
Language Skills: Proficient in Chinese communication (capable of independent teaching, movement demonstration and instruction, smooth communication with students/parents); fluent English is preferred.
Age & Image: Aged 22–45, healthy and positive image, good moral character, strong sense of responsibility, passionate about education and badminton.
III. Professional Competence
Sports Background: Professional badminton player background; provincial/national team or club experience preferred; BWF certified coaching qualification is a plus.
Teaching Experience: At least 2 years of badminton teaching experience, familiar with youth/adult training systems, able to independently develop training plans.
Technical Skills: Standard and professional techniques, proficient in serving, footwork, drop shots, smashes, defense, tactics and other core skills, able to correct improper movements.
Certifications: Badminton coaching grade certificate, first aid certificate or sports-related qualification preferred.
IV. Job Responsibilities
Conduct badminton lessons for youth/adults, ensure teaching quality and class safety.
Develop scientific training plans, demonstrate movements, explain rules, improve students’ skills and interest.
Maintain class order, manage venue equipment, assist the hall in course promotion and events.
Abide by venue regulations, maintain professional ethics and teamwork spirit.
V. Personal Qualities
Passionate about teaching, patient, detail-oriented, communicative, able to motivate students.
Punctual and reliable, strong execution, safety awareness and emergency response ability.
Identify with the venue’s teaching philosophy and actively improve teaching skills.
