Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

Provide business and administration support to the management team in office.


Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Assist in the sales of orders and other related business activities,such as order fulfillment, shipment coordination, payment follow up, etc.
  • Assist sales manager to do routine maintenance and follow up, including document management;
  • Conduct marketing investigation including supermarket survey, competition information collection, and price comparison;
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor;
  • Support office work and job from each department


Qualifications:



  • College degree or above;
  • Above 2 years relevant working experience;
  • Hands-on computer knowledge;
  • Good written & communication skill in English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner;
  • Passionate, patient and careful with initiative working attitude, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
