Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Provide business and administration support to the management team in office.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Assist in the sales of orders and other related business activities,such as order fulfillment, shipment coordination, payment follow up, etc.
- Assist sales manager to do routine maintenance and follow up, including document management;
- Conduct marketing investigation including supermarket survey, competition information collection, and price comparison;
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor;
- Support office work and job from each department
Qualifications:
- College degree or above;
- Above 2 years relevant working experience;
- Hands-on computer knowledge;
- Good written & communication skill in English and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner;
- Passionate, patient and careful with initiative working attitude, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
