Position: English as a Professor (EAP) in Computer Science
Location: Foshan University, Guangdong Province, China
Qualifications:
• Native English speaker from the United States, with a preference for candidates from California.
• Master’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field (required).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
Compensation:
• Competitive salary ranging from 25,000 to 30,000 RMB per month before tax.
• Free accommodation provided.
Teaching Load:
• Maximum of 20 classes per week, with each class lasting 50 minutes.
• No office hours required.
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday work schedule.
• Half-paid summer and winter holidays.
Start Date:
• Feb 2025
Responsibilities:
• Teach English for Academic Purposes (EAP) courses specifically tailored for Computer Science students.
• Develop and implement course materials that enhance students’ English proficiency in the context of computer science.
