Job Description
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
- Research new customers, prospect for new customers which from China and other countries by the means of internet, phone, cold calling and personal visits.
- Maintaining and improving the relationship with all the partners in China and other countries.
- Coordinate all public relations activities
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
- Report on developments in the market place and competitor activities (market intelligence)
- Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
- Present and represents the companyat Trade Shows and Conferences to build ourbrand awareness and broaden the market and client base.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- A bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience. Major in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field from an accredited university.
- Excellent team and communication skills in international environment are required
- Experience in acting as a company spokesperson;
- Must be a self-motivator and self-starter.
- Creative, innovative versatile and client focused
- Demonstrate diplomacy and networking skills
- Candidates must be proficient in using various types of computer software (Word, Excel. PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.
- Ability to work well with others & independently.
- Proven time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Works well under pressure.
- Fluently English speaking basically and mastering other languages such as Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Italian, Germany, Russian will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travelaround the world.
