Within your role you will take charge of the following responsibilities;
- Receiving of orders from clients
- Preparation and printing of orders
- Preparation and printing of Chinese labels ( When required)
- Preparation and management of inventory
- 接收客户订单
- 处理客户订单(录入并打印)
- 必要的时候打印中文标签
- 准备和管理存货
- Preparation of daily sales report
- Support to sales team in preparation of quotations
- Support in preparation of contracts for sales team
- Organization of samples list for sales team
- 编制每天销售报告
- 支持销售团队报价
- 支持销售团队准备合同
- 组织样品清单
