Job Description

Abbott Laboratories is looking for a e Commerce Lead for Nutritional Products Division. The position is based in commercial offices in Retiro.

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Direct overall strategy in our digital sales channels (market places & Brick & Click) & tactic initiatives to promote: Brand building, engagement, buyers loyalty models, Ux, growth drivers, objectives, KPI, sales & activities to drive revenue and profitability (ROI) for eCommerce ecosystem at Abbott.
  • Support negotiation regarding commercial strategies in our main e-retailers/strategic partners nation wide, managing successful wiw-win relationships.
  • Manage eCommerce platforms & programs, CRM integration with our Marketing cloud & our customers data bases, content management tools & creative content design direction with agencies, digital campaigns planning, programmatic advertising, shopper journeys design & personalization, analytics / BI data processing & reporting aimed at supporting eCommerce channels.
  • Direct IT integrations, cross company synergies, cross planning initiatives/campaigns & processes for our eCommerce ecosystems.
  • Develop promotional strategies & tactics among our market place & Brick & Clicks, based on our funnel conversion analysis and  accompanied with the commercial and brand e-calendar alignment.
  • Define, execute & control master product data, pricing strategies, enhanced content, product listings & unmissable products, hero images, taylor made content, SEO/SEM search strategies, products & visibility placement insitu.
  • Digital Marketing and eCommerce Advisory to KAE/KAM in order to help them build long term collaborative relationships with their customers.
  • Foresee arising & emerging digital channels to address new business opportunities (B2B, B2C, B2E, & Direct e-channels)
  • Lead shopping trends insights gathering, investigate future trends & conduct market/behavioral researches, along with BI data managing & reporting.
  • Manage overall eCommerce investment, budget, finance outlooks & Purchase Orders.
  • Manage vendors, agencies, strategic allies and internal stakeholders to guarantee eCommerce success & development.

Minimum Education

BA Degree in Business Administration or International business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing & Advertising, Communication.

Post Graduate educations is highly valuable in complementary or related fields

Minimum Experience/Training Required

Min of 5 years of experience in the fields of eCommerce head or specialist, Digital Marketing,  Digital Marketing advisory, Programmatic Advertising planner & developer, Digital Transformation Consultancy, Digital Trade Marketing, Retail sales. Candidates from startups and digital companies are a must.

eCommerce and/or digital marketing skills

Experience in business administration, business development, project management & Marketing.

Analytic and strategic capabilities, Management skills, Experience in BI and Analytics tools: Google analytics. Preferably with fundamentals or Background in CMS, Cloud Marketing and CRM programs. FMGC, OTC or Retail experience is important

English full proficiency is required.
