Responsibilities: 

• Improve and increase our e-commerce sales, maintain outstanding rating and ranking on all marketplaces, and provide our best customer service.

• Maintain, optimize and improve our listings on the various marketplaces (titles, descriptions, images, reviews, prices, product specs, customer questions, etc.) to increase product ranking and sales.

• Manage the products reviews on the marketplaces. 

• Proactively research online marketplaces to ensure accuracy and delivery of our content, while continuously looking at ways to improve our brand position. 

• Pull and scrub reports from marketplaces, translate findings into insights and actionable growth tactics.

• Inventory planning: compare past and current sales trends to determine future inventory demand.

• Take command of aging inventory by finding the reasons for slowing demand and passing the solution to the team for corrections.

• Assist in preparing posts in FB, IG, etc. 

• Assist in ad-hoc projects and marketing activities.

• Work with different e-commerce platform partners on communicating merchandise strategic plannings

Requirements:

 • Degree holder in e-business, digital marketing, business management or related disciplines

 • At least 2 years of experience in managing online shopon e-commerce marketplace (e.g. HKTVmall, Zalora, Tmall)

 • Self-motivated, adaptive and flexible, and able to work independently

 • Ability to meet deadlines, multitask and managing multiple accounts at same time

 • Good communication skills and be an energetic team player

 • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese

• Well-versed in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel (data analysis)

 • Immediately available

 • Candidate with solid e-commerce experience will be considered as Senior e-Commerce Operating Officer
