- Execute the website animation (all.com, brand.com, B2B sites) for the Northern European POS according to the ICP and Commercial strategy.
- Drive traffic & conversion rate, coordinate and contribute to global & local promotions and work on continuous improvement of content relevancy and quality
Here is a snapshot of some of the responsibilities you will hold:
1. Operational management of the onsite animation of the Accor website ecosystem, ranging from economy brands to Luxury and including B2B; both for desktop/mobile & App
2. Creation of offer pages, landing pages for relative content, thematic pages and other relevant ad-hoc content
3. Ensure quality, attractiveness and relevancy of content for our B2B and B2C customers
4. Management and coordination of copywriters and agencies to create target group relevant content according to the customer segmentation strategy, brand tone-of-voice and brand guidelines
5. Support translation and validation activity across all web levers and languages
6. Regular checks of the campaign, promotion & web content performance through available PowerBI dashboards, Google Analytics, and assure steady growth of traffic thanks to relevant and high quality content
7. Quick reaction to regional or global needs in regards to web content (customer/lifecycle information)
8. Detection and alerting of bugs on the digital platforms including follow-up with global teams for fast fixes
Your profile? You will have a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in Online Marketing, eCommerce & Webshop Management. Operational experience in Tourism or Hospitality is a plus. Native Polish and fluent in English, other languages are a plus. You will ideally have good knowledge of CMS tools alongside a deep understanding of web KPIs such as traffic, click rate, bounce rate and of analytics tools: Google Analytics & PowerBI. You will be customer-oriented and target group-focused with excellent communication & organisational skills.
