• Drive overall B2C strategy, with a focus particularly in establishing partnerships with different platforms and exploring new platforms and commercial opportunities

• Own B2C and Innovation initiatives from start to finish and make key operation, investment and hiring decisions

• Develop annual operating plan, budget and targets based on defined initiatives, as well as innovation roadmap beyond one year

• Work with ecommerce and global innovation teams to deliver B2C project targets

• Drive Modern and Traditional channels to facilitate special programs & products for ecommerce business

• Creative in idea generation and not afraid to constantly test and improve

• Strong analytical mind to always identify and execute continuous improvement

• Strong leadership, results / goal oriented, independent worker

• Regularly track KPIs and proactively develop action plans to address issues and continuous improvements

• Bachelor degree or above

• Minimum 8 years solid working experiences on eCommerce business

• Strong sales driven background and experience, as well as experience in business development and/or innovation

• Strong business strategy thinking and P&L management to do business development

• Start-up experience is a plus

• Creative thinker with good sense of digital trend and innovative ideas

• Strong communication and presentation skill

• Fluent English
