Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
The key accountabilities of EC category management supervisor are as follows:
1. Win in category captaincy by input bidding by category by customer
- Analysis market dynamics and development category opportunities
- Routine business review to identify business growth spot
- Generate shopper centric category insights
- Join category management related session and share category insights with customers
2. Drive & deliver Category management project
- Deliver category management project in customer to grow category with customer
- Communicate with customer to deliver the business evaluation
- Explore cooperation opportunities with customers and find the growth opportunities
- Lead category management projects internally and externally to achieve business win-win situation
- Customer data management based on category management project
- Recommend co-creation projects and activities based on customer, category & shopper insight
- Share best practice internally and manage agencies
3. Exploration & innovation
- Pilot new insight and data tools with customers to drive category to accelerate category growth
- Co-creation with customer on category engagement innovation
Experience Required:
- Bachelor degree or above, fluency in both written and spoken English, skilful in Microsoft office software;
- 3 years+ experience in FMCG or eCommerce, data analytical, FMCG consulting or trade category management experience are preferred;
- Good communication and negotiation skills with ability to endure pressure and work under cross-functional teams;
- Experience on eCommerce platform tools (e.g Strategic Center) is preferred;
- Logical and systematic thinking with strong analytic power & data sensitivity;
- Ability and drive to work independently.
