• Build TW eCommerce branding and awareness to target audience via strategy,
plan and solid execution.
• Drive effective traffic to Lenovo Taiwan Shop and improve conversion rate
form shop visit to cart order.
• Develop eCommerce demand generation program to make shoppers choose products
over competitors’ by seamless execution of campaign execution, site experience
design, and program design (offer and pricing).
• Develop and implement TW eCommerce strategy and global/regional guidance
with cross functional teams; Local and Regional Marketing and Web development
team.
• Create daily, weekly, monthly activity and productivity reports. Analyze
sales data to identify opportunities for increase business.
• Lead specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance.
• Work closely with manager to implement annual/quarterly sales plan and
necessary changes required to achieve objectives.
• Manage media agency and creative agency for campaign implementation.
• Develop eDM strategy and manage execution via global tools
• Develop Facebook eCommerce strategy and manage execution.

#### Position Requirements:


Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degrees or above.
• Minimum 5 years’+ experience in direct ecommerce operation
• Basic understanding of marketing & business planning
• Expert knowledge of digital merchandising (ie., SEM, SEO, eDM, Displays)
with 3 years above experience
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Experience in managing 3rd contracted agency
• Good communication & negotiation skill
• Good English communication (Speaking, Listening, Writing & Reading) ability
as daily work requirement
• MS Office skill s (Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency
