Our client, a luxury retail, is recruiting a professional calibre for the position of eCommerce Manager. The job holder has to act as a pioneer to initiate the eCommerce platform and 3^rdparty channel sales. 

Job Responsibilities:   

•  Accountable for eCommerce projects, initiate and maintain the customized web site
•  Manage and liaise with 3^rdparty channel sales such as Amazon, Lazada, TMall etc
• Develop standard reports and KPIs to monitor the performance of different online activities and    campaigns
•  Guide and monitor the operational flow to facilitate a smooth user experience of online shopping
•  Ensure effective communication with headquarter 
•  Closely communicate with stores, IT and warehouse fulfilment team to ensure timely order processing

Job Requirements:  

•       Degree holder in business or related disciplines
•       Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ecommerce 
•       Experience in 3rd party marketplace 
•       Good communication and interpersonal skills
•       Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
