Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling day to day customer enquiries and sales orders at our eCommerce sites
• Responsible for eCommerce operations including product updates, promotions, content updates as well as customer and sales analysis
• Collaborate with our IT service provider on eCommerce site enhancements and issue resolutions.
  

Requirements:

• Fluent Cantonese, fair English and Mandarin
• Photoshop skill is perferrable
• Writing and inputting skill in Chinese and English
• Proficient in microsoft and basic computing skill
• Familiar with eCommerce and social media operations and maintenance
• 1-2 years of working experience, preferably eCommerce in Hong Kong
• 5.5 days work per week
