 Job Responsibilities:

• Define online sales strategies and develop KPIs to achieve the goals of e-commerce projects
• Achieve financial targets by implementing initiatives to optimize the online shops sales performance
• Manage daily operations of online shops by updating website content (e.g. pricing strategies, product listings, online campaign, etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing team on the promotional offers and campaigns
• Analyze the online sales performance and roll out effective campaigns to reach sales targets
• Prepare sales reports with analysis and insights to monitor the performance and conversion improvement

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of eCommerce experience in retail and related industry
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Ads, Google Analytics
• Familiar with social media platform 
• Proactive, result-driven and strong analytical skills
