Daimler R&D Tech Center China will be the major R&D site of Daimler in Beijing,  starting operations in the year 2020.
In an integrated campus concept together with the pilot plant, test track and BBAC testbenches, we are setting-up an all new R&D Test Center for testing in new energy vehicles technology, powertrain and chassis, emission and in-vehicle air quality, to make us even better adapt to market specific requirements.
Since our E-Drive test lab will start into commissioning phase in Q3/2020, we are looking for a Test Lab Engineer to take care of below tasks:
•Support the final set-up and build-up of the new E-Drive labs at the new RD TechCenter China.
•Support the installation and commissioning phase and the ramp-up of the testing.
•Planning of the testing and measurement tasks, as well as conducting of the development tests.
•Execution, operation and adjustments of sophisticated calibration tests for E-Drive components and overall vehicle. Assessment of sustainability and energy consumption according to the testing plans.
•Evaluation, plausibility check and interpretation of complex tests and experiments, failure analysis and correction.
•Guarantee qualitative precision of measurements via correlation testing in alignment with RD headquarters in Germany.
