Job Description

About The Role:
Manages a variety of types of projects/accounts to implement L&D solutions to clients that result in excellent customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Applies deep project management and customer relationship skills, and product/solution experience to manage projects and generate revenue opportunities efficiently and effectively.

 

Responsibilities:
* Tracking and successful execution of Key Strategic Objectives and Programs
* Tracks execution and performance against KPIs, service level agreements, and adherence to policies
* Creates/ensures detailed project, implementation, and/or action plans area created for each project
* Monitors/addresses/escalates risks, issues, and dependencies
* Manages/participates in project reviews, approvals, and gating processes
* Facilitates sharing of best practices through cross-functional collaboration, formal/informal learning
* Facilitates knowledge sharing
* Tracks and monitors benefits realization against planned targets
* Regularly interacts with top management levels and executive C-suite
* Manages and sustains change at individual, initiative, and organizational levels
* Facilitates cross-functional collaboration to achieve business goals
* Works on complex and confidential issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company and a high degree of discretion

 

Requirements:
* At least 2 years’ experience in relevant eLearning Project Management role
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
* Ability and confidence to communicate with clients and present to groups
* Experience in localization and language services industry is a plus
