The position of eMRO Resource Representative serves our Toxicology business unit principally located in our Kansas City, MO.  eMRO Resource Reps are responsible for calling, faxing and emailing our clinic partners to obtain required documentation to support prompt turnaround time of results to our clients.

This job description will be reviewed periodically and is subject to change by management.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Make outbound phone calls to clinics to obtain required paperwork for drug and alcohol testing.
  • Update Excel spreadsheets daily to track progress and performance.
  • Receive emails with sensitive data requiring it to be printed and faxed to an incoming server.
  • Operate listed office machines as required.
  • Communicate with internal resources to ensure daily production requirements are met.
  • Track incoming faxes to ensure receipt of data into system.
  • Compose and send professional emails as needed to internal and external contacts.
  • Observe legal and ethical guidelines for safeguarding patient and company confidentiality (HIPAA).
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

Required

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred

  • 2-3 years of related experience.
  • Prior drug testing knowledge
  • Ability to understand and explain general collection, laboratory and medical review procedures
