Job Description
Job Summary This position is responsible for supporting manufacturing leadership in achieving business and financial goals by developing and maintaining robust manufacturing product assembly lines in Tczew, and supporting continuous improvement / cost out initiatives across the Eaton eMobility organization. Job Responsibilities Develops and maintains robust, cost efficient eMobility products assembly processes consistent with lean manufacturing practices and Eaton’s safety standards. Cooperate with equipment suppliers and internal/external customers. Participate to the deployment of the culture of continuous improvement and Eaton Safety standard, and understands lean manufacturing techniques as they apply to eliminate waste and deliver products to customer’s expectations. Implements methods and practices to reduce Manufacturing process variatios as well continuosly improve assembly line quality related aspects. Participates in engineering efforts such as design reviews, Design For Manufacturing and value engineering initiatives as growth opportunities. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or common. Experience in leading complex investment projects on production area. Analitycal, technical mind set. Organizational skills, problem solving skills. Effective in communication with all the stakeholders.
