Job Description
We are currently seeking the Sales to join us, reporting to Sales Supervisor, the primary responsibility of this role includes (but it is not limited):
 
 
1.Purpose of the Job 工作目的
 
Through to the retail terminal service development and the implementation of marketing activities, development area and establish a good sales network in order to achieve good sales performance and business goals.
通过对零售终端的服务和开发,及市场活动的执行,建立并发展区域内良好的销售网络以达到良好的销售业绩和业务目标.

3.Accountabilities 职责
 
(1).Work according to sales process book 按照销售流程规定开展工作;
 
(2).Build up and maintain the good relationship POCs 与售点建立并维护良好的客情关系;
 
(3).Use SFA to visit POCs, take orders and do POC Exectuions 使用SFA拜访售点,处理订单并做好售点执行;
 
(4).Negotiate with POC owners for market activations 与售点所有人商议市场活动的开展;
 
(5).Thomas Research based on HQ plan 基于总部的计划开展Thomas调研;
 
(6).Collect and update POC information 收集并更新售点的信息;
 
(7).other market information based on HQ plan 处理其他市场信息.
4. Qualifications and Technical competencies required资质和专业能力要求
 
Education 教育
 
Education above high school
高中或以上学历
 
Experience 经验
 
0-3 years working experience in sales.0-3年销售工作经验
Solid Office software skills掌握办公室电脑软件的使用
 
Technical competencies (Job related)  专业能力(与工作相关)
 
Good executive ability 良好的执行力;
Good analysis ability,良好的分析能力;
Good communicationnegotiation and interpersonal skills良好的沟通,谈判及人际交往能力;
Strong sense of responsibility and can work independently责任感强并能独立开展工作;
