We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Marketing expert to join our team, The Marketing Manager is part of the eSport service team located at Acer HQ in Xizhi. In this role, you have to Capable of working independently to complete the marketing tasks and also need to be part of team to Brainstorming and collaboration. As a marketing manager, you will be responsible for develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. We are expecting you to have a big passion to work with team to achieve our business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Digital marketing /Inbound Marketing
- Event planning and coordination
- Platform go to market and co-work with Acer marketing team
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
資格
Requirements：
- Capable of working independently
- Education: Bachelor or above degrees capable of performing independently
- Experience: 5 years or above experience of Marketing
- Skills:
Professional skills
- Digital Marketing
- Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, making presentations and negotiating with media/digital/social media expertise is desirable.
- Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization.
- Professional business presence and acumen.
