English Oral English Teachers Wanted

Positions Available:
• High School Oral English Teacher (2 positions) – Teaching Grades 10-11 students preparing for Gaokao
• Junior High Oral English Teacher (2 positions) – Teaching Grades 7-9 students preparing for Zhongkao
Start Date: February 2026
Job Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging oral English lessons and other English courses as required by the school curriculum
• Teach 20-24 periods per week (40 minutes per period) – teaching hours may be adjusted based on school evaluation after probation
• Maintain at least 2 office hours per week for student consultation and administrative duties
• Be present on campus for a minimum of 30 hours per week (including teaching hours)
• Submit detailed weekly teaching plans at least one week in advance
• Submit comprehensive semester teaching plans in advance
Job Requirements:
• Native English speaker
• Under 50 years of age
• Bachelor’s degree or above (English-related major or Education major preferred)
• Teaching certification is mandatory: Must possess CELTA, DELTA, or valid Teaching License
• At least two years of English teaching experience at junior high or high school level is required
• Responsible, outgoing, cooperative, and passionate about education
• Strong cultural awareness and flexibility to adapt to the Chinese educational environment
Compensation & Benefits:
• Monthly Salary: 28,000-30,000 RMB (before tax, inclusive of housing allowance)
• Post-probation salary negotiable and may be adjusted based on performance evaluation
• Housing Allowance: 7,000 RMB/month (tax-free, provided for 12 months/year)
• Transportation Allowance: Flight reimbursement up to 10,000 RMB
• Social Security: Full Chinese social security including medical insurance
