Qualifications：
1，familiar stamping, drawing, machining equipment, machinery, electrical operating mechanism and maintenance, preferably familiar with PLC;
2， have knowledge of ISO9000 system, preferably with knowledge of TS16949 system;
Have lean manufacturing knowledge, such as 5S, TPM, etc.;
4，Able to independently under pressure to work with team spirit;
5，with a strong practical ability, willing to the scene to solve the problem;
6， maintenance personnel, operations personnel to provide relevant training;
7，Skilled use of OFFICE software and of AUTOCAD;
8，with EHS knowledge;
9，English for more than able to read and translate English information;
Responsibilities：
1 produced in strict accordance with the production process organization maintenance, to ensure the implementation of the national security regulations and company safety rules and regulations in the sector;
2，the preparation of equipment preventive, predictive maintenance plan and organize the implementation;
3，Organizational maintenance system's rapid response in a timely manner to eliminate the impact of equipment failure;
4，is responsible for equipment ledger, file management; improve key equipment files;
5 ，responsible for the research of new equipment selection, procurement, installation and commissioning, certification and acceptance;
6，Responsible for equipment, spare parts, mapping, processing, security, inventory management, etc.;
7，Organization equipment daily inspection point inspection work;
8，Promote continuous improvement work, including equipment, tooling, and transformation;
9，Responsible for water, electricity, heating, compressed air, sewage treatment and other public works management and maintenance;
10，TPM training. Timely maintenance, operating personnel;
11. Preliminary research to participate in the new or the introduction of the project, selection of equipment purchase, installation and commissioning, trial production of the whole process of management;
12 responsible for maintaining the ISO9000 of TS16949 system in the maintenance operation of the system;
