Scrum Master for two teams in Industry Automation – License Management The project provides license management services for SIEMENS industrial automation projects. The teams are responsible for ALM (Automation License Manager) development, project support, defining new license types and creating developer licenses. We also develop and operate a so called WebLLM (Web License Lifecycle Manager) for internal use. The teams, if they are not working from home, are sitting in a brand new office building, working a lot in pairs and helping each other in the personal development.
