Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. In-depth research on the financial policies, industry trends, and business environment of international target markets, formulate international business development plans in line with the company's strategy, and tap potential cooperation opportunities.
2. Lead the development and maintenance of international business partners, including financial institutions, corporate clients, etc., establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships, and promote the implementation of business cooperation projects.
3. Combine the company's operational status and resource advantages, design international business development plans, coordinate resources of various internal departments, ensure the smooth progress of business development projects, and enhance the company's share and influence in the international market.
4. Use financial operation experience to provide professional support such as financial planning, investment and financing analysis, and risk management for the company's international business, and optimize the capital allocation and cost control of business operations.
5. Regularly analyze international business data, evaluate the effect of business development, adjust strategies in a timely manner, provide decision-making basis for the company's senior management, and help the company achieve its internationalization strategic goals.

Qualifications:
1. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in related majors such as international business, finance, and economic management.
2. Work Experience Requirements:
① Company Operation Experience: Have more than 2 years of company operation management experience, familiar with the whole process of enterprise operation management, including but not limited to formulating operation strategies, optimizing business processes, and coordinating cross-departmental collaboration. Have led or participated in enterprise operation efficiency improvement projects, significantly reduced operation costs or improved operation efficiency, familiar with enterprise organization structure construction and team management, and have operational data analysis capabilities to drive operational decisions through data.
② International Business Development Experience: Have 3-5 years of international business development experience, with cases of successfully promoting at least 3 international cooperation projects to land, familiar with the whole process of international market research, target customer development, business negotiation, contract signing and other business development links. Have led the formulation and implementation of market entry strategies in different countries or regions, effectively improved the company's brand awareness and market share in the target market, and have the ability to handle international business disputes and cultural differences.
③ Financial Operation Experience: Have rich financial operation experience, familiar with international financial market rules and products, able to independently complete international business financial planning, including capital budgeting, cash flow management, etc.; proficient in investment and financing analysis, have led or participated in at least 2 international investment and financing projects, familiar with project valuation, risk assessment and other links; have good risk management capabilities, able to formulate effective risk avoidance and response plans for international business. Those with financial operation experience in the Middle East, North America, Europe and other regions are preferred, and are familiar with local financial regulatory policies, capital market operation models and financial institution cooperation processes.
3. Ability Requirements: Proficient in English, with excellent business English communication skills, able to skillfully use English for business negotiations, contract writing, etc.; those who master commonly used languages in the Middle East, Europe and other regions such as Arabic, French, Spanish are preferred.
4. Possess excellent market analysis, business negotiation and resource integration capabilities, and be able to keenly capture market opportunities.
5. Have good project management capabilities, be able to effectively coordinate various resources, and ensure the timely and high-quality completion of business development projects.
6. Familiar with international financial regulations and trade rules, and have strong risk prevention awareness and problem-solving capabilities.
