Female Kindergarten Homeroom teacher needed in Nanshan Area, Shenzhen City, Guangdong province for Aug.

Metro station：
Metro Line 1, Baishizhou station, exit D. 10 minutes by foot.
Metro Line 2, Hongshuwan staion, exit D. 10 minutes by foot.

Students age: 3-5 years old,
Class size: 15-20 students,
Salary Range: 22,000-26,000 rmb before tax,
Housing: 4,000 rmb/m for housing allowance,
Free 3 meals during Mon to Fri,
Flight: Airport ticket reimbursement for one year contract (1 flight into China at the beginning of contract, one flight out of China at the end of first year, ¥10000 each way, no enhancement for fares more than this amount)
Paid health insurance, provide work visa
We have the other 3 Chinese teachers in each classroom,
Winter holiday (about 3 weeks) and summer holidays (about 4 weeks) , the first 10 days of the holidays will be paid fully, the rest days will be paid 50%.
Working hours: 8:10-12:10, 13:10-17:10 during Mon to Fri.


Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum, subject content, pedagogical knowledge, and the needs of students by providing relevant learning experiences.
2. Design coherent instruction and engage students in learning.
3. Manage classroom procedures and student behavior.
4. Create an environment of respect and collaboration.
5. Prepare and maintain classroom learning environment, such as teaching materials and decoration.
6. Document students’ learning and assess students to improve teaching and learning.
7. Participate in school-wide teaching activities.
8. Support for and communication with parents.
