We are looking for an experienced and adaptable female English teacher to join our team, focusing on bridging the gap between primary and secondary education.
Position Overview
- Target Grades: Grade 6 (Upper Primary), Grade 7 & Grade 8 (Junior High School).
- Role: Responsible for delivering engaging English lessons to students transitioning from primary to junior high levels.
Job Description
- Teaching Load: 22–25 teaching periods per week.
- Office Hours: Total workload of 40 hours per week (including teaching time).
- Class Size: Small classes of 18–25 students.
- Period Duration: 40 minutes per class.
Job Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience or a valid teaching certification.
- Nationality: Teachers from native English-speaking countries are preferred.
- Skills: Ability to manage classroom dynamics for both primary (Grade 6) and junior high (Grades 7-8) students.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: RMB 21,000 – RMB 30,000 (Before tax).
