Key Responsibilities
- Teach ESL and ELA classes, delivering 20-25 engaging lessons per week.
- Develop a comprehensive syllabus aligned with standardized testing standards and our school's mission.
- Assess, record, and report on student progress, ensuring a supportive and challenging learning environment.
- Meet academic targets for midterm and final examinations.
- Collaborate with homeroom teachers and contribute to interdisciplinary projects.
- Provide guidance and support for standardized English tests and college applications.

Requirements:
- A degree in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching ESL/ELA to non-English speaking students.
