• Teaching Hours: No more than 15 hours per week

Job Description:
• Provide day-to-day instructional excellence to each student following the history curriculum.
• Implement and model high standards of work practice, critically reflecting on and evaluating your own practice.
• Show great individual care and support for students, promoting learning styles that cater to individual differences to provide engagement in rigorous, relevant, and significant learning of history.
• Establish clear instructional objectives, utilizing core teaching resources and supplementary materials related to history.
• Assess and analyze student progress to inform instruction and provide constructive feedback to promote students’ progress towards standards in history.
• Work cooperatively with fellow staff members and administrators as it pertains to specific grade levels and history programs.
• Attend staff meetings, teacher workdays, and professional development activities as assigned or recommended.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal or Head of Department.
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree or above (history-related majors preferred)
• Clear criminal background check
• A minimum of 2 years of previous history teaching experience in a school setting
• Qualified teaching status preferred
Salary and Benefits:
• Base salary: 200,000 to 400,000 RMB annually (based on qualification and experience)
