Position: High School ESL Teacher
Start Date: August 2025
Job Description:
• Provide high-quality, daily instruction to high school students, following the school’s curriculum.
• Lead morning and evening self-study supervision sessions as per the working schedule.
• Show great individual care and support for students, promoting learning styles that cater to individual differences and ensuring engagement in rigorous, relevant, and significant learning.
• Collaborate with the school to organize various extracurricular activities for students, including outdoor trips and activities.
• Participate in curriculum improvement programs and the organization of major school events that benefit both the school and students’ well-being.
• Prepare for parent meetings in advance and maintain effective communication with parents during daily teaching.
• Assist with student management and safety supervision outside class hours.
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
Salary and Benefits:
• Monthly Salary: 22,000 RMB - 28,000 RMB (pre-tax), with potential for higher compensation based on qualifications.
• Housing Allowance: 4,500 RMB per month.
