Job responsibility:

With the opportunity to closely touch training management process and system in most advanced semiconductor companies, you will be part of technical training engineering team to drive technician training quality and efficiency improvement through data/automation solution, work on training plan and coordinate the related trainings to help new employee integration, workforce readiness and competency uplift. Besides that, you will apply project /program management skills with real case practice, and final improve your soft skills of logical thinking, stakeholder management etc.

Qualification:

1. Prefer to the candidates who hold majoring in computer science, Automation, Electronic, or similar engineering.

2. Good English communication skill on oral English and writing. English as first language in daily work.

3. Software coding or database skills: SQL, Power BI or Python is preference

4. The candidate could work more than 3 days/week and continue to work 6 months at least.
