Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Native English Speaker to join our team as an English Teacher at our Bilingual Kindergarten in Haidian District, Beijing. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for children aged 3 to 6 years old.
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
Job Description:
• Teach English to children aged 3 to 6 years old in a bilingual kindergarten setting.
• Organize and lead both indoor and outdoor activities to enhance children's language skills and overall development.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of young learners.
• Maintain daily teaching records and observe/document children's behaviors and progress.
• Collaborate with lead teachers to ensure classroom safety and follow kindergarten regulations.
• Foster a warm, cheerful, and supportive classroom environment.
Class Details:
• Average class size: No more than 25 students.
• Maximum 3 Chinese teachers per class.
Requirements:
• Native English speaker from an English-speaking country (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification.
• Clear criminal background check.
• Previous teaching experience in early childhood education is preferred but not mandatory.
• Warm, cheerful, and enthusiastic personality.
Salary and Benefits:
• Monthly salary: 25,000-30,000 RMB (before tax), based on experience and qualifications.
