Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced English teacher to join our international kindergarten for the academic year 2025-2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English to children aged 3-6 years old. The teaching will start in February 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to young students.
• Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a high-quality educational experience.
• Participate in school activities and events.
Working Schedule:
• Weekly Working Days: Monday to Friday (with possible exceptions for Chinese government - mandated workdays on weekends).
• Weekly Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with a daily schedule of 08:00-11:30 and 15:00-17:30 (6 hours per day).
• Class Size: 20-35 students per class.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Basic Salary: 25,000-27,000 RMB per month (pre - tax).
• Probation Period: 1 month.
• Meal Allowance: Provided.
• Holidays:
• Summer Holiday: 6-7 weeks
• Winter Holiday: 20 days
• Spring Festival Holiday: 14 days
• All Chinese public holidays and Christmas holidays are also provided.
• Housing Allowance: Not provided.
• Healthcare/Medical Insurance: Medical insurance included.
• Airfare Allowance: Not provided.
• Contract Length: 1 year.
• Yearly Vacation: 5 days of paid vacation included.
Qualifications:
• Native English speaker or equivalent proficiency.
• Relevant teaching experience, preferably in an international or kindergarten setting.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching young children and fostering a love for learning.
