English Teacher Position Available at an International Kindergarten in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced English teacher to join our international kindergarten in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching and guiding young children aged 3-6 years old based on the EYFS curriculum.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Native English speaker
• Age under 40
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 3 years of relevant kindergarten teaching experience
• Skin color: White
• Gender: Female
• Start time: February 2026
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Teach and guide children based on the EYFS curriculum, including adult-led teaching activities and child-led regional activities.
2. Prepare teaching plans and teaching aids according to the monthly unit of the EYFS curriculum.
3. Attend Teaching and Research Seminars with Chinese-English teachers (once per week) and cooperate with pre-school event planning and execution (all activities related to the curriculum).
4. Participate in weekend enrollment activities (twice per month).
5. Greet pre-school children in the morning (Monday to Friday). The entire English team will provide support, and a designated English teacher will act as your point of contact for daily translation and teaching coordination (not a Chinese assistant).
Working Schedule:
• Location: Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, China
• School Type: Kindergarten

• Weekly Working Days: Monday to Friday (with possible exceptions when the Chinese government requires work on Saturdays or Sundays)
• Weekly Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with working hours from 07:30 to 17:30

Compensation and Benefits:
• Basic Salary: ¥20,000 - ¥28,000 per month before tax
• Probation Period: 1 month
• Meal Allowance: Yes, three meals provided per day
• Summer and Winter Holidays: Fully paid (total of 50 days)
• Winter Holiday Length: Fully paid, including winter and summer vacations
• Summer Holiday Length: Fully paid, including winter and summer vacations
• Christmas Holiday: From December 24th to December 26th
• Housing Allowance: Provide accommodation or ¥1,800 per month stipend

• Airfare Allowance: After working in the school for one year, an economy class air ticket to your country of origin will be reimbursed.
