Position Details:
- Location: Minhang District, Shanghai
- School Type: International Kindergarten
- Role: English Homeroom Teacher
- Students: Ages 2 to 3 years old
- Class Size: 25 students
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (40 hours/week)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 RMB/month (pre-tax, includes 790 RMB housing allowance)
- Meal Allowance: Provided
- Healthcare: Medical insurance included
- Airfare Allowance:
- Domestic: 2,000 RMB
- International: 6,000 RMB
- Holidays:
- All Chinese public holidays
- 1-day Christmas holiday
- Annual Leave:
- Years 1–2: 5 days
- Year 3+: 7 days
- Probation: 2 months
Note: Housing allowance is included in the salary; no apartment provided.
