Your Role and Responsibilities:
Your primary focus will be creating engaging and effective English lessons for our kindergarten students. The breakdown of your schedule is designed for clarity and balance:
· Core Teaching Hours (Mon-Fri): 22 classes per week (calculated at 40 minutes per class).
· Seasonal Camps: Lead a 5-day Winter Camp and a 5-day Summer Camp, with a dedicated preparation week at the end of each semester.·Additional Hours for Extra Income: We offer opportunities to increase your earnings, all with fair additional compensation:
· Evening Classes: One 90-minute class per weekday (Mon-Fri) at our Campus C, with provided pickup service. This adds approximately 6,000 RMB/month to your income.
· Weekend Classes: Approximately 5 classes on select Sunday mornings (not every week) for Grade 1 & 2. (will be counted as credit hours)
What We Offer:
· Base Monthly Salary: 24,750 RMB (paid across 12 months)
· Additional Earnings: Up to 6,000 RMB/month for late afternoon classes.
· Paid Vacation: 1 month summer vacation & 2 weeks winter vacation (fully paid).
· Completion Bonus: 20,000 RMB bonus upon successful fulfillment of your contract.
