International Kindergarten Teacher Position Available in Suzhou

Position Details:
Position: Kindergarten Teacher( esl )
Grade Level: Preschool (Age group: 3-6 years)
Basic Salary: 25,000 RMB per month for 20 classes per week (50 minutes per class)
Housing Allowance: 3,000 RMB per month
Bonus: 20,000 RMB annually
Air Ticket: 10,000 RMB annually
Work Hours: 7:40 am - 4:30 pm (1.5 hours for lunch break)
Housing: 3,000 RMB allowance or on-campus dormitory option
Insurance: Medical and accident insurance provided
Leave: Two days of paid sick leave each semester. Fully paid summer and winter holidays, and all Chinese public holidays are fully paid as well.
Other Benefits: School bus and canteen meals provided
Class Size: 25 students per class (with a teaching assistant)
III. Candidate Requirements
1. Nationality: From English-speaking countries
2. Experience At: least 2 years of teaching experience in early childhood education
3. Education: Authenticated bachelor's degree or above in early childhood education or related fields
4. Background Check: Chinese-embassy-authenticated background check
5. Health Report: Valid health check report
IV. Job Requirements
1. Teaching: Deliver high-quality early childhood education in collaboration with colleagues, ensuring the curriculum meets the school's standards.
2. Lesson Planning: Plan, prepare, and record lessons through the school's designated system.
3. Student Assessment: Monitor, assess, and record student progress in a timely manner using the school's system.
4. Classroom Management: Create engaging and educational classroom displays for young children.
5. Supervision: Oversee classroom activities and participate in parent-teacher conferences or events.
6. Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents to update them on their child's progress and important information.
7. Professional Development: Engage in workshops, meetings, and other professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
