PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Coordinate with overseas clients on importing & exporting document preparing;

2. Track shipment status and update status reports periodically;

3. Work with brokers to finish Customs clearance and CIQ process timely; coordinate and arrange the delivery based on the requirements ;

4. Work with brokers to deal with Customs & CIQ for inspections, quarantine regulations;

5. Regularly audit logistics services provider based on the requirements and KPI measures. Coordinate the warehouse, suppliers and the MFG shops to supply the materials to the lines in time.

6. Other related assigned jobs..

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, Logistics or English is preferred;

2. Familiar with customs clearance & trading process as well as related HS code assignments skills;

3. 3+ years’ experience in freight forwarding, logistics & import/export trading is preferred;

4. Good in English both writing and reading, CET6 is preferred

5. Good computer skills, MS office in particular;

6. Good personal communication and coordination skills;

7. Very strong analytical ability and able to solve any urgent problems;

8. ERP experience is preferred
