Responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed, and maintain a high level of ROTD to customer while low down the FG stock and production cost
Your responsibilities
- Mastering production schedule creation like translating forecasts, incoming volume and work scopes into a production planning with a time-phased build schedule, establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy, interacting with function managers and track and maintaining the forecast through timely and accurate feedback assembling master schedule reporting regarding performance to the business plan, the shipment plan, the inventory plan, and the production plan.
- Production order releasing identifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production planning to meet the identified customer demand, calculating production lead times, managing load levelling and bottleneck scheduling and utilizing theory of constraints (TOC) for more accurate scheduling, releasing W/O with capacity (material, equipment, B/C head, etc. ) availability and set clear priority to production scheduler, analyzing production floor status through input/output control reporting.
- Maintaining planning parameters in ERP and planning systems and planning BOM, collaboration with stakeholders, working with order handling team providing appropriate delivery dates, and with material planners to convert the Supply Plan into a master production schedule, scheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to order handling team across multiple product lines. Providing input to finance on operating plans for the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process, concerning incoming volume and capacity.
- Managing MRP (Materials Resource Planning) exception messages on a daily basis, working with local execution IPU team, P&F manager to resolve issues, providing input into S&OP and short-term planning processes, identifying issues that cannot be resolved locally, providing feedback regarding feasibility of the plan, engaging in capacity management during sales and operations planning, master scheduling, materials requirements planning, and production activity control.

Your background
- Must have a bachelor’s degree on engineering, financial field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience which is better in planning/scheduling, SCM field.
- Familiar with Windows Office, especially skillful at MS EXCEL.
- Preferred SAP user experience especially at PP module.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordinating skill.
- Good team-working spirit and ability to work independently under strong pressure.
- Good skills on English language (writing and reading).
- Strong ability at logical thinking, good at data calculating /analysis.
